This is an individual contributor role providing first line technical support to internal users. The candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, set up user accounts and workstations, maintain IT records, and escalate complex incidents to senior engineers when needed.
Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines with 1 to 3 years of experience in ERP, enterprise applications or system support environments. The candidate should have exposure to system configuration, enhancement, reporting, dashboards and SQL, with basic development knowledge such as Python, JavaScript, SQL or C# .NET, and a proactive mindset toward APIs, automation, AI and process improvement.
