This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing assigned retail accounts and supporting channel growth. The candidate will maintain buyer relationships, execute trade promotion plans, monitor sell in and sell out performance, prepare forecasts, and coordinate with supply chain marketing and merchandising teams.
Degree holder in business, marketing or related disciplines with 1 to 3 years of FMCG, retail, sales coordination, brand or trade marketing experience. The candidate should have good communication, reporting and analytical skills, exposure to sales data, promotion tracking or customer coordination, and a proactive mindset toward digital tools and process improvement.
