This is a team leading role responsible for healthcare service operations, process improvement and team performance. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, improve workflows and patient experience, coordinate clinical and administrative stakeholders, review KPIs, and support business expansion initiatives.
Degree holder in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare, business or related disciplines with solid experience in medical, pharmaceutical, healthcare operations or commercial environments. The candidate should have strong communication, stakeholder management, reporting and compliance awareness, with the ability to evaluate digital tools, automation and data insights to improve service quality and business processes.
