This is a team leading role responsible for strategic retail account management and commercial growth. The successful candidate will manage major account relationships, lead joint business planning, review sales performance, negotiate promotion plans, coordinate cross functional execution, and guide junior account team members.
Degree holder in business, marketing or related disciplines with solid FMCG experience in key account management, brand management, trade marketing or channel planning. The candidate should have strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder management and budget control skills, with the ability to use data, automation and digital tools to improve sales performance and business processes.
