This is a team leading role responsible for trade marketing strategy, shopper campaigns and channel execution across FMCG retail platforms. The successful candidate will lead promotion planning, manage trade budgets, analyze channel performance, oversee merchandising initiatives, coordinate sales and brand teams, and coach team members.
Degree holder in business, marketing or related disciplines with solid FMCG experience in key account management, brand management, trade marketing or channel planning. The candidate should have strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder management and budget control skills, with the ability to use data, automation and digital tools to improve sales performance and business processes.
